2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from vzoir.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
  • Product images are for representation purposes; actual product may slightly vary
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods
  • In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted; if deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders (India) delivered within 3-7 business days
  • International orders delivered within 7-21 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging
  • To initiate a return, email info@vzoir.com with your order number and reason
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return is received and inspected
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

7. Consumer Rights (India)

  • As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers have the right to file complaints regarding defective goods or deficient services
  • For unresolved disputes, customers may approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)

8. Intellectual Property All content on vzoir.com including logos, images, and text is the property of VZOIR and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability VZOIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
