Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Email us at info@vzoir.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Items damaged due to misuse, missing original packaging, or returned after 7 days are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll replace or refund at no extra cost.
